ASBIS celebrates 20 years of cooperation with Intel
Year 2017 marks the 20th anniversary of successful partnership between ASBISc Enterprises PLC (WSE: ASB), an expert in the distribution of Information and Communications Technology products and solutions on EMEA emerging markets, and Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC), a world leader in computing innovation.
Since May 8th, 1997, when ASBIS signed the distribution agreement with Intel, the companies build strong relations, develop the channel, run joint projects, and collaborate successfully.
“ASBIS is proud to contribute our distribution expertise to ensure availability of Intel’s products in our channels. Our partnership has strengthened over the years and continues to develop. It can be said, we’ve been together from Intel Pentium II (announced in May 1997) to Intel® Core™ X-series Processor (in May 2017) and I’m sure, yet more breakthrough Intel’s innovations are ahead,” said Igor Khlebutin, Intel MPLM at ASBIS Enterprises PLC, who has held this position for the last 19 years.
Together with Intel, ASBIS develops and influences distribution channel in EMEA emerging markets. In recognition of ASBIS’ achievements in distribution of Intel products, ASBIS has received numerous vendor awards.
A number of activities will be dedicated to celebrate this milestone; one of them is a unique 20 weeks quiz for all ASBIS customers with attractive prizes.
