ASBIS leads the way in AI integration across global and local business ecosystems
On 28 April, the Bulgarian business community gathered in Sofia for a landmark technology event hosted by ASBIS under the theme “The Next Era of AI Begins”. The event, organized in partnership with NVIDIA, Supermicro, and Everpure, highlighted ASBIS’ growing role as a driving force for artificial intelligence integration in both global and local business environments.
The event brought together C-level executives, industry leaders, partners, and media representatives with a shared focus on the future of AI technologies. The program opened with a keynote presentation by Aleks Polak, Business Development Manager at NVIDIA, titled “NVIDIA AI Vision: Now and for the Future”. The session explored key global trends and the evolving direction of artificial intelligence. This was followed by an overview from Mitko Topalov, General Manager of ASBIS Bulgaria, who presented insights into the current state of AI readiness and adoption within the Bulgarian market.
The second session focused on practical applications and enterprise-scale infrastructure. François Ronvaux from Supermicro delivered a deep dive into advanced hardware and infrastructure solutions powering AI workloads. This was followed by Umair Riaz from Everpure, who presented a vision for “Building Ultra Scale AI Data Cloud”, emphasizing scalable and practical approaches to AI deployment in enterprise environments.
The event concluded with a dynamic Q&A session, which seamlessly transitioned into a networking. This informal setting fostered deeper discussions, idea exchange, and the groundwork for potential future collaborations.
