The acquisition of CPT Praha is a natural step in the strategy to strengthen the Group’s position in the consumer electronics sector, particularly in the premium audio device category, which is in high demand. Thanks to this acquisition, ASBIS CZ will become one of the leading audio distributors in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 1991, CPT Praha is a recognized distributor in the Czech Republic specializing in premium audio products. With a rich portfolio of globally recognized brands, including ONKYO, KLIPSCH, JAMO, and TEAC, CPT Praha has established a strong market presence in the Czech and Slovak markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
