Overall shipments of professional service robots increased 24% to almost 250,000 units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autonomics, part of ASBIS Robotic Solutions, develops autonomous cleaning technologies for commercial, industrial and outdoor environments. The company combines its own robotic platforms with partner technologies, fleet management software and automated servicing infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SWEEPER: outdoor cleaning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outdoor operation remains a relatively narrow segment of commercial cleaning robotics, partly because navigation is more complex than on a mapped indoor floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SWEEPER was developed specifically for open and public spaces, where the robot has to operate autonomously around buildings, trees, pedestrians, vehicles and other changing elements of the environment. Autonomics addresses this through FLEET, a cloud platform that brings cleaning scenarios, automatic routing, task scheduling, remote monitoring and reporting into one system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More importantly, Autonomics positions FLEET as a multi-vendor platform built for mixed fleets, rather than software limited to its own robots.
