ASBIS Bulgaria Named ‘Best Distributor 2004’

According to the results of the recent Bulgarian IT market report ICT Survey ‘04 performed by the independent research agency CBN, ASBIS Bulgaria has been named the Best IT Distributor in the country in 2004.

The survey was based on the questionnaires filled out by over 100 system integrators and assemblers - the actual customers of the Bulgarian disti companies from 15 towns across the country.

The survey results also indicate that ASBIS Bulgaria has been recognized as the Most Trusted Distributor - for the third consecutive year. On top of it, ASBIS Bulgaria has also received the title of the Distributor with the Best Service.

The report also shows that the Intel product line managed by ASBIS has won 96.1% approval - the highest score among all other vendors and product lines, managed by all other distributors in the country.

In two new categories, Best Web-site and Highest Quality Hardware, ASBIS Bulgaria has also taken the No.1 position. 44% of the survey participants put ASBIS Bulgaria website on the top position, whereas the services offered by ASBIS Bulgaria E-shop at it4profit.com received special recognition. The second-place companies are lagging far behind ASBIS Bulgaria in these two categories, having shown the results which are twice as low as those by the winner!
