Breezy Introduces New Executive Leadership Team
Breezy has appointed a new executive leadership team for Breezy BU. The team brings together expertise in strategy, finance, operations and commercial management.
Andriy Kosar, who has served as CEO of Breezy, will continue with the company as Chief Strategy Officer and Breezy Board Member. In his new role, he will focus on the company’s strategic development and study and share with the Breezy Board best practices and industry trends.
Under Andriy’s leadership, Breezy achieved significant milestones and built a strong foundation for sustainable growth. His continued contribution will support the company’s strategic development.
Dmytro Bova – Chief Executive Officer
Dmytro brings more than 16 years of leadership experience across retail, e-commerce, consumer electronics and FMCG. Throughout his career, he has held COO, CEO and Group CEO roles in medium and large companies, with geographical experience spanning Central and Eastern Europe, Italy, Southern and Central Asia, and the Caucasus region.
As CEO, Dmytro is responsible for defining Breezy’s strategic direction, accelerating international growth, strengthening collaboration across all business functions, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful execution of the company’s long-term vision.
Andris Brikskis – Chief Financial Officer
With extensive international experience in financial leadership, strategic planning and business growth, Andris leads the financial strategy across Breezy Group, strengthens financial governance, improves operational efficiency, and supports sustainable growth across all business units.
Andriy Honcharuk – Chief Operating Officer
With more than 20 years of leadership experience across the automotive, manufacturing and electronics industries, Andriy has built a strong track record in operational management, process optimization and business development.
At Breezy, Andriy oversees business operations across the Group, focusing on efficiency, scalability, cross-functional collaboration and successful execution of strategic priorities.
Vladyslav Kryzhovskyi – Chief Commercial Officer
Vladyslav joins Breezy with over 20 years of experience in retail and distribution, including more than 14 years in commercial leadership. He has successfully led commercial organizations, developed growth strategies, built high-performing teams of over 100 people, and driven both B2B and B2C business development. His expertise spans sales management, category management, e-commerce, pricing strategy, digital transformation and strategic partnerships.
As CCO, Vladyslav is responsible for leading Breezy’s commercial strategy across all markets, driving revenue growth, optimizing sales performance, strengthening partnerships, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring sustainable commercial success throughout the Group.
