Bang & Olufsen California and the Estate Managers Coalition Bring Together Luxury Residential Professionals at Exclusive West Hollywood Event
On July 22, Bang & Olufsen California, a part of ASBIS group, in collaboration with the Estate Managers Coalition, hosted an exclusive networking event at the Bang & Olufsen West Hollywood flagship, welcoming more than 100 professionals from the luxury residential industry.
The event brought together estate managers, architects, interior designers, landscape designers, real estate professionals and luxury service providers to connect, exchange ideas and explore the latest innovations in luxury home entertainment and smart home technology. Guests also learned more about the Bang & Olufsen California Partner Program, designed to strengthen collaboration with professionals involved in high-end residential projects.

The evening opened with remarks from Trish Doolan, Head of Development and New Business at the Estate Managers Coalition, who welcomed new EMC members and hosted the giveaway. Nathan Schwegman, President of ASBC Inc., Bang & Olufsen California, introduced the company, its services and the benefits of the Bang & Olufsen California Partner Program.

The event welcomed leading professionals from across the luxury residential sector, including architect Erik Peterson (PHX Architecture), interior designer Elaine Morrison (Elaine Morrison Interiors), Owen Dykes, VP of Operations at Mister Peele Inc., and landscape designer Thomas Diehl (The Living Canvas), alongside estate managers, designers, real estate professionals and other industry experts.
One of the highlights of the evening was Club 1925, an exclusive demonstration celebrating Bang & Olufsen’s 100-year heritage. Guests experienced immersive home cinema demonstrations featuring Beovision Harmony and Beolab 90 in a smart VIP room, where lighting, sound and automation seamlessly adapted to every scene. More than 50 guests experienced how premium home cinema can be fully integrated into modern smart home environments.

The experience also showcased the original 1925 Eliminator, the first product created by Bang & Olufsen founders Peter Bang and Svend Olufsen. On loan from the Bang & Olufsen archives in Struer, Denmark, it was displayed alongside today’s flagship Beovision Harmony and Beolab 90, highlighting a century of craftsmanship, innovation and timeless design.
The event also featured a giveaway, with two guests winning Bang & Olufsen Beoplay HX headphones.

Bang & Olufsen West Hollywood thanks the Estate Managers Coalition, its members and partners for their collaboration and support in making the event possible. Special thanks also go to Brenda Berkley Designs for the floral arrangements, BTL/SVC for the mobile bar service, and Steve Sherman Photography for capturing the event.
The event highlighted new opportunities for collaboration across the luxury residential community while demonstrating how premium entertainment, intelligent home technology and exceptional design come together in today’s most sophisticated residential projects.
