ASBIS authorized distributor of Apple products in 14 African countries

ASBIS RECEIVES STATUS OF AUTHORIZED APPLE PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTOR IN 14 ADDITIONAL COUNTRIES

ASBIS Group (WSE: ASB) – a leading Value Add Distributor, developer, and provider of ICT, IoT products, solutions, and services to the markets of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), announces the entry into force of an agreement signed by its subsidiary – ASBIS MIDDLE EAST FZE – and Apple Distribution International Ltd. Under this agreement, the Group has become a non-exclusive, independent value-added distributor of Apple products in 14 African countries: Algeria, Benin, Mali, Mauritania, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Niger, Guinea-Bissau, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Republic of Cabo Verde, and Togo. Currently, ASBIS is the only distributor of Apple products in these countries.

The agreement is of a framework nature and was entered into for an indefinite period. It will cover the distribution of products such as: iPhones, Mac computers, iPads, Apple TVs, Apple Watch, and Apple accessories. ASBIS MIDDLE EAST now is totally set up and the first shipments have occurred recently.

Following this agreement, ASBIS Group, through its subsidiaries, is an authorized distributor of Apple products in 25 countries worldwide.
