Located on Level 0 near the Sinsay store, the AROS 24/7 Robo Café introduces a new generation of automated foodservice technology, delivering barista-quality coffee through a fully autonomous robotic system that operates 24/7. The solution serves premium coffee from Lavazza, ensuring a consistently high-quality taste experience in a high-traffic retail environment.
The AROS 24/7 Robo Café is engineered for continuous operation and operational efficiency. A single unit can operate 24/7 and serve up to 700 cups of coffee before requiring a refill, significantly reducing downtime and staffing requirements. The system supports two types of coffee beans; at the new Warsaw location, it serves Lavazza Crema e Aroma and Lavazza Dek Caffè.
To accommodate a wide range of consumer preferences, the system offers four milk options:
- Whole milk
- Lactose-free milk
- Coconut milk
- Oat milk
In addition, customers can personalize their beverages with six syrup flavors:
- Gingerbread
- Vanilla
- Caramel
- Cinnamon
- Hazelnut
- Chocolate
By combining advanced robotics, precision engineering, and premium ingredients, the AROS 24/7 Robo Café delivers a wide selection of espresso-based beverages with consistent barista-level quality, high throughput, and predictable performance.
