Prestigious accolade from government of Cyprus awarded to ASBIS

ASBISc Enterprises PLC (WSE: ASB), an expert in the distribution of Information and Communications Technology products and solutions in EMEA emerging markets, has been acknowledged for the investment in the national economy and received high accolade at the ‘CIPA International Investment Awards 2014’ gala night, on September 10, 2014, in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The 3rd edition of the ‘CIPA International Investment Awards’ ceremony organized by the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency and Gold Magazine took place in the Presidential Palace and was attended by several hundred well-known figures from the world of politics, business and investment that met to celebrate the achievements of the past year and the heroes of Cyprus’ international business scene.

Mr Serhei Kostevitch, CEO and Chairman of ASBISc Enterprises PLC, received the awarding statuette and, among other seven winners, took congratulations from Mr Nicos Anastasiades, President of Cyprus, who expressed his “deepest appreciation and gratitude to all the companies and individuals that believed, trusted and invested in Cyprus choosing this country as a base for business activities”.  

The ‘CIPA International Investment Awards’ recognizes foreign companies that have invested in Cyprus and contributed to the economy, helping the country to establish itself as an international business center.
