ASBIS and Xcite launch pilot PC Build Experience in Kuwait
ASBIS Retail and Xcite have launched a pilot PC Build Experience in Kuwait, creating a dedicated retail space where customers can select components and receive support in configuring and assembling a custom gaming PC.
The concept combines product discovery with technical consultation. A dedicated sales advisor and PC technician help customers select components based on their requirements and performance expectations, covering PC cases, motherboards, CPUs, GPUs, memory, cooling systems and other components.
The space also features Cooler Master products, including Shark X and Sneaker X systems, the MasterFrame 360 display solution and a selection of Cooler Master PC cases available for custom builds.
Once the components have been selected, the PC can be assembled by an on-site technician. A dedicated waiting area allows customers to remain at the location while their system is being built.
The pilot brings component selection, technical consultation and PC assembly together within a single retail environment at Xcite in Kuwait.
