ASBIS Romania supports children with a Back to School donation
Every child deserves an equal opportunity to start their education. In Romania, many children still face barriers to school due to their family’s financial situation, limited resources or where they live.
Last year, the “Heart of a Child” Foundation supported 7,500 vulnerable children and families across nine counties in eastern Romania. The programme also provided 472 school bags, more than 1,000 scholarships and daily support for 165 children through four after-school centres.
This year, ASBIS Romania is supporting the Foundation with a 20,000 RON donation as an Ambassador of Education. The contribution will provide essential school supplies for seven kindergartens in rural areas.
Through this initiative, ASBIS Romania continues to support equal access to education and help create better opportunities for children and their communities.
