Breezy Launches Multi-Buyer Used Tech Platform in Ukraine
Breezy has launched its multi-buyer used tech platform in Ukraine, introducing the country’s first dynamic pricing platform for the used electronics market.
According to IDC data, every seventh smartphone sold worldwide in 2025 was refurbished. The global refurbished smartphone market is valued at USD 78 billion. In Ukraine, Breezy estimates the used electronics market at USD 400 million, highlighting the potential for further development of the country’s trade-in ecosystem.
The new platform connects retailers, mobile operators and wholesale buyers, allowing multiple buyers to compete for devices through real-time bidding. Device values are determined by market demand, model liquidity and current market dynamics.
According to Breezy’s estimates, this approach can increase trade-in values by up to 30%, making trade-in programs more attractive for consumers while helping partners improve commercial performance.
